Neon Cyan cursor
Everything is drawn in one bright cyan, flat and without outlines. The arrow is an open, angular arrowhead with a small slanted block beneath it, the text cursor is a thin serif I-beam, and help, link and zoom states add a small circled icon. While busy, two curved arrows chase each other around a circle.

About the Neon Cyan cursor set
Neon Cyan is a cursor skin for Windows and macOS in the cool, gaming and minimal styles. Glowing cyan pointers that pop on dark backgrounds.
The set includes all 21 cursor states — the 17 that Windows uses and the 16 that macOS uses — so it looks complete on either system. 2 of them are animated: working in background (24 frames) and busy (24 frames).

How to get it
- Wishlist CursorSkins on Steam — it launches in November 2026.
- Open the Workshop tab in CursorSkins and search for “Neon Cyan”.
- Subscribe, preview it in the fitting room, then click Apply.
